5 Years!!!!

Today-July 17, 2009 it has offically now been 5 years since I was in the big,bad car accident.
I am so blessed and lucky to have survived that,made it through surgery and recovery.
Every year on the anniverssary of the accident I think about all the things that have happened that year-things I would have missed if I had not survived the accident.

Wow what an amazing year the last year has been. The New Kids get back together and record a new cd, go on a new tour and I get to see them not one but three times in concert in a span of less than 6 months and meet them too!!! Through their website communtiy I have met and made an amazing group of new friends who I now could not imagine my life without.

I recconected with old friends via facebook and myspace-two very special ones in particular that I had lost track of that I am so glad to have back in my life-Katrina and Katie.
I got to see my nephew go through his first year in Big Boy School-Kinder-sniff-sniff and graduate Kinder. Wow what an amazing, wonderful young gentlemen he has become and so glad I got to be apart of another fantastic year with him.

I had lots of great times with family and friends and have such a great group of special, amazing friends that are like family. This very computer thatI am typing my blog on was a gift from my friends Allison,her husband who is a computer expert and my friend Kevin. Don't know what I would do without them or this computer that keeps me connected to back in the states.

I found out about the wonderful oppurunity to come live and work in another country and so here I am in South Korea. I am teaching at a Wonderful school, have a great boss, nice place to live and even have an old friend living not too far away!!!

I could probably go on and on and about what a great year it has been but need to get ready for school as today is our first fieldtrip-YAY!!!!!
We are taking the kids to a nearby grocery store-will try to update tonight about the fieldtrip.
